for the Queensland Fitness Sport Recreation Skills Alliance.

consultation with industry. Since its completion, Recreation Training Queensland has implemented

SANDBOX developed a product concept for the delivery of a Brisbane Domestic Retrofit Program aimed at assisting Brisbane residents to retrofit their homes with water efficient fixtures and fittings. We also developed and managed a pilot Business Efficiency Program to assist business customers to improve their water management systems.

SPARQ Solutions is the information technology supplier to Ergon Energy and ENERGEX. For four concurrent years, SANDBOX has conducted an annual client satisfaction analysis, using in-depth exploratory face-to-face interviews with the executive teams of its
client base. Each year, the findings are presented to the Board
and integrated into the next phase of business planning.
SANDBOX facilitated a brand development workshop for this innovative water recycling company during its start up phase.
SANDBOX provided this leading Australian advertising agency with strategic planning support on the Ergon Energy account.

Service Essentials provided billing, receipting, payments and debt collection services for Ergon Energy and ENERGEX. For three concurrent years, SANDBOX conducted annual in-depth face-to-face interviews with approximately 30 client stakeholders. SPMP is a national print, pre-media, distribution and database marketing services organisation with a $1.4 billion turnover.
SANDBOX developed and coordinated a project to introduce
a strategic account management strategy across its multiple and
diverse business units. We also interviewed customers to identify customer value trends. The findings were used for the development
of a new value proposition that was adopted by the organisation.

SANDBOX Managing Director, as an employee of Optus, developed and implemented a national sales and marketing strategy for Optus Pay TV. Tricia project managed the Queensland launch of local telephony services into Queensland, including technical, sales and marketing operations, and project managed a joint venture between Optus and Australis. Tricia conducted a review of the Optus national call centre operation resulting in a successful national restructure,
and assessed the best approach to regionalisation of Pay TV services
in Queensland.
SANDBOX Managing Director, as an employee of ENERGEX, developed a five-year marketing strategy as part of the due diligence for a potential joint venture between ENERGEX and a large Victorian utility. Tricia developed and managed channel and product
strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets for the ENERGEX HOMESUITE products – a range of non-energy home products
and services, and managed the establishment of an alliance between NRMA and ENERGEX to develop shared sales channels to enter the
NSW market.
